This website is subject to the rules and regulations of Ontario, Canada and all dispute resolutions will be under the rules and judgement of a competent court within that jurisdiction.

All communications with Diskery, its owners, affiliates, or providers will be conducted in the English language using the Roman/Latin (Western) alphabet and all time-lines will be based on the Gregorian (Western) calendar. All issues involving legal disputes must be conducted by registered postal mail. With few selected exceptions allowed by local law, Diskery reserves the right to ignore any other communication methods.
